习近平在哲学社会科学工作座谈会上的讲话,全面系统地强调了中国特色哲学社会科学发展的关键领域和重要方向;所提出的一系列新思想新观点新论断是习近平文化思想的重要内容,全面加快推进了中国特色哲学社会科学的构建.哲学社会科学学报要在科学把握习近平文化思想理论内涵、精髓要义、实践要求的基础上,推进学报编辑出版工作再上新台阶.在实践导向上,要引领哲学社会科学建设中国特色社会主义;在思想定力上,要坚守初心,维护马克思主义在意识形态领域的权威性和指导地位;在学术主题出版上,要引领创新,致力于加快构建中国特色哲学社会科学"三大体系";在体制机制建设上,要健全编辑出版意识形态工作责任制,全面加强和完善党对哲学社会科学学报编辑出版工作的领导.
Theoretical Guidelines and Realization Progress of Accomplishing Achievements in Editing and Publishing Philosophy and Social Science Journals——Taking Xi Jinping's Cultural Thought as the Fundamental Compliance and Guidance
At the symposium on philosophy and social sciences,Xi Jinping has comprehensively and systematically emphasized the key fields and important directions of the development of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics,put forward a series of new thoughts,new viewpoints and new judgements,and comprehensively accelerated the construction of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics;and all these are the key contents of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture.Journals of philosophy and social sciences should promote their editing and publication to a new level on the basis of mastering the theoretical connotations,essence and practical requirements of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture.In terms of practice orientation,we should lead philosophy and social sciences to serve the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics;In terms of ideological resolve,we should stick to our original aspiration and maintain the authority and guiding position of Marxism in the field of ideology.In terms of the publication of academic topics,we should lead innovation and strive to accelerate the construction of the"three systems"of philosophy and social sciences with Chinese characteristics.In terms of system and mechanism construction,we should perfect the responsibility system of editing and publishing ideological work,and comprehensively strengthen and perfect the Party's leadership over editing and publishing journals of philosophy and social sciences.
