摘要
新质生产力的形成和发展是中国式现代化走向成功的关键因素.作为习近平经济思想组成部分的新质生产力理论,深刻回答了在新发展阶段缘何发展生产力,如何发展生产力,以及发展怎样的生产力等问题.这一理论对中国式现代化的推进具有明显赋能效应,是打造中国式现代化质量版的客观要求.本文在理论层面,从生产效益、产业升级、经济增长点等维度概括了新质生产力的具体内涵、先进质态;在价值层面,认为新质生产力注重以人民为中心的价值理念,强调物质、精神文明的协调发展及人与自然的和谐共生等;在实践路径层面,强调秉承创新思维,多策并举,在实践中培育和壮大发展新动能,以推动国家经济高质量发展.
Abstract
The formation and development of new quality productive forces is the key factor for the success of Chinese-style modernization.As an important part of Xin Jinping Thought on Economy,the theory of new quality productive forces has profoundly answered a series of questions such as why to develop productive forces,how to develop productive forces,and what kind of productive forces to develop in the new stage of development.This theory has an obvious empowering effect on the promotion of Chinese-style modernization,and is the objective requirement of building a quality version of Chinese-style modernization.At the theoretical level,the article summarizes the specific connotations and advanced quality of the new quality productive forces from the dimensions of production efficiency,industrial upgrading and areas of economic growth;at the value level,it holds that the new quality productive forces attach importance to the people-centered value concept,emphasizing the coordinated development of material and cultural-ethical advancement,and the harmonious coexistence between man and nature;at the level of practical path,it emphasizes that we should uphold innovative thinking,adopt multiple strategies at the same time,and cultivate and strengthen the new momentum of development in practice,so as to promote the high-quality development of the national economy.
