The Historical Evolution and Act Direction of Common Prosperity in Ethnic Areas in the Process of Chinese Modernization
Chinese modernization is socialist modernization under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.It is a social change in which the people of all ethnic groups and regions achieve common prosperity under the leadership of the Communist Party of China on the basis of unity and struggle.There is no political domination or economic exploitation of the central regions over the peripheral regions,or dependence of the less developed regions on the development of the developed regions.It is a shared development based on the principles of equity and sustainability.From"opposing all oppression of ethnic minorities"to"helping the development of ethnic minorities",from"accelerating the economic development and social progress of ethnic minority areas"to"building a moderately prosperous society in all respects,no ethnic group can be left behind",ethnic minority areas have gone through four stages:seeking prosperity through revolution,seeking prosperity through construction,getting rich through reform and getting rid of poverty.Facing the Chinese modernization,ethnic minority areas have entered a historical stage of solid promotion of common prosperity.Ethnic minority areas should coordinate the dialectical relations between consolidation and expansion,efficiency and equity,co-construction and sharing,material and spirit,and open up a new realm of Chinese modernization by deepening the practice of common prosperity in ethnic minority areas.
