The Multiple Imagination of"Community":Social Governance Community and Its Practical Path in Ethnic Regions
The form and connotation of"community"have undergone multidimensional expansion and deepening in social practice,and have emerged multiple theoretical imaginings and realistic turns.If the concept of"governance community"is separated from the research trajectory of"community"by Western scholars and analysed in the context of social governance practice in ethnic regions in China,the essence of"community"lies in enabling the functions,values,and meanings of social governance to ultimately return to people's daily lives,which represents a value return of the"humanistic concept".For the construction of governance communities in ethnic regions,the following measures are needed:firstly,to perfect the ethnic community of daily life in the locality,to lay a solid objective environmental foundation for ethnic interaction,exchange and integration;secondly,to establish participatory ethnic organization communities to promote the formation of complementary synergistic joint governance with function coupling;and thirdly,to establish emotional Chinese cultural community to foster a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.And in the action level,guide and drive different ethnic groups to integrate into the practice of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
