Modernization of All Ethnic Populations in the Context of Chinese-Style Modernization
All ethnic populations are both beneficiaries and important forces of modernization.Through theoretical reflection and data analysis,the article portrays the modernization trajectory of all ethnic populations,explains the inherent logical relationship between the development of all ethnic populations and Chinese-style modernization,and reflects on the monotonous and linear thinking of classical modernization theories.The study finds that the development trend of modernization of all ethnic groups is consistent,but the starting point,process and result are different;the degree of modernization of all ethnic populations is not balanced,and most of minorities are in the process of transition from traditional population to modern population development mode;the modernization of all ethnic populations is embedded in the broad historical process of Chinese-style modernization,and is complementary to the"five parallel modernization"style modernization.In order to promote the modernization of all ethnic populations,it is necessary to place them in a broader social space,grasp the developmental advantages of all ethnic populations,identify entry points,points of strength and new opportunities for the rational modernization of all ethnic populations,and lay the foundation of human resources and human capital for Chinese-style modernization through the modernization of all ethnic populations.
