Analysis of the Social Norms and Legal Implications of National Consciousness,Civic Consciousness,and Consciousness of the Rule of Law from the Perspective of Constitutional Norms
Enhancing national consciousness,civic consciousness,and consciousness of the rule of law is an important content and strategic foothold in fostering the consciousness of community for the Chinese nation.National consciousness,civic consciousness,and consciousness of the rule of law are interdependent and mutually reinforcing,which are integrated into the national community.Clarifying the corresponding legal basis and logical relationship should be based on the normative text and internal legal principles of the Constitution.The Constitution is the fundamental legal basis for enhancing the above"three consciousnesses".The relevant implications of enhancing national consciousness are manifested as that the Chinese nation symbolizes the subject of national civilization and a community of people with national sovereignty,and that the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation based on national unity and ethnic solidarity is parallel to the construction of the rule of law in modern countries.The relevant implications of enhancing civic consciousness are manifested as that the community for the Chinese Nation is internalization and unity of citizens,people,and nations,and that the new type of socialist ethnic relations with Chinese characteristics can be constructed in the legal practice of whole process people sdemocracy.Enhancing the awareness of the rule of law is manifested as:the main ethnic issues in the construction of a multi-ethnic nation are regulated as the rule of law in the governance of ethnic affairs and regional ethnic autonomy under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,and the different subjects of responsibility and obligation are required to practise the core values of socialism and the values of fairness and justice under the rule of law.
