The Primary Exploring of Genetic Diversity of Leek Varieties Based on ISSR Markers
In order to provide theoretical information for leek breeding, this study was to probe the relationship and genetic diversity of the leek germplasms. We screened 36 leek samples with 15 ISSR primers. The first leek genetic diversity DNA fingerprint database was constructed based on the ISSR results. The ISSR amplification diversity reached 96. 3% , which could be an effective molecular marker system to study the leek germplasms. The genetic similarity (GS) among 36 leek samples ranged from 0. 60 to 0. 82,which could fully showed that they have rich genetic diversity. The result indicated that ISSR analysis was an effective molecular marker system for construction DNA fingerprint database and molecular marker assistant breeding.
