Effect of Different Rootstock Varieties on Photosynthesis and Fluorescence Characteristics of Riesling Grape
The varieties Riesling were grafted on 12 grape rootstocks grown in saline land of Hexi Corridor to explore the effect of rootstocks on photosynthesis of grafted grape. The chlorophyll fluorescence and photosynthetic parameters were measured. The results showed that the F0 value of SO4,St.George,420,Flourilush and 1103P was low under the stress conditions of alkali and strong light, which implied less stress to reaction center of photosynthesis;the Fm values of 520A,5C,St.George,420 and SO4 were high, which indicated that the electron transport efficiency of PSⅡ was high; the Fv/Fm values of SO4,420,St.George,5C,1103P and 3309C were high,so the photo-inhibition was weak; 5C,SO4,1103P,420 and 3309C had higher net photosynthetic rate.In conclusion,SO4,420,1103P and 5C adapt to the local high salinity and high light conditions.
