青海不同品种春油菜对硒的吸收、积累及分配规律

Selenium Absorption, Accumulation and Distribution of Different Brassica napus Cultivars in Qinghai Province

为了探讨青海省不同品种春油菜对硒的吸收、累积及分配规律,采用田间小区试验,以青海省普遍种植的3种不同品种春油菜为材料,测定春油菜主要生育期各器官硒含量和生物量.结果表明:不同品种春油菜对硒的累积能力不同,依次为青杂2号>青杂5号>青油14号;各品种春油菜根、茎、叶、籽粒、角果壳硒含量均在角果期—成熟期(第120天)达到最大值;根、茎、角果壳、单株硒累积量在角果期—成熟期(第120天)达到最大值;春油菜吸收的硒主要分配于生殖器官(籽粒和角果壳),尤以角果壳中分配的最多.可见,青杂2号对硒的吸收能力较强,角果期—成熟期(第120天)是春油菜吸收硒的关键时期,吸收的硒主要分配于生殖器官.
In order to indicate the selenium absorption,accumulation and distribution of different Brassica napus cultivars in Qinghai province,this paper used a split-plot experiment and tested the content of selenium and the dry matter accumulation of different organs at harvest period in Brassica napus.The results showed that different Brassica napus cultivars had different abilities of selenium accumulation,the order was Qingza 2> Qingza 5> Qingyou 14.The selenium content in roots,stems,leaves,seeds,pods reached the highest at pod development-maturity stage (the 120th day).The selenium accumulation in roots,stems,pods,per plant was the highest at pod development-maturity stage (the 120th day).The selenium absorbed by Brassica napus were mainly distributed to reproductive organs (including seeds and pods),and selenium contributed in pods was higher than other organs.Then,Qingza 2 had the strangest ability of absorbing selenium,the pod development stagematurity stage (the 120th day) was the crucial period of absorbing selenium in Brassica napus,the selenium absorpted were mainly assigned in the reproductive organs.
