Identification of Pathogenic Fungi from Qinmei Kiwifruit at Stage of Post-harvest Storage
With Qinmei kiwifruit as test material, the main pathogenic fungal were separated and sublimated from rot kiwifruit during it was stored. It was identified by sequence analysis of morphological and ribosomal rDNA-Internal transcribed spacer (ITS).Five pathogens was isolated from the rotten kiwifruit, then the results of the sequencing of ITS area were tested by using blast in GenBank database. The analysisof the sequence of A gene revealed 100% identity with Trichothecium roseum (EU552162.1);B gene revealed 99% identity with Fusarium tricinctum (AB587078.1);C gene revealed 99% identity with Penicillium expansum (AF330635.1);D gene revealed 99% identity with Colletotrichum boninense (KF819619.1);E gene revealed 100% identity with Botrytis elliptica (KJ638600.1).By sequence analysis of morphological and TTS,five pathogenic bacteria were designated as Trichothecium roseum,Fusarium tricinctum,Penicillium erpansum,Colletotrichum boninense and Bolrytis elliptica.Bolrytis elliplica is the main pathogenic hacterias.
