摘要

采用沃特和微生物2种不同保水剂,研究不同保水剂施用量(2 kg/667 m2、4 kg/667 m2、6 kg/667 m2)对马铃薯各器官干物质积累、产量及养分吸收的影响.结果表明,在马铃薯生育前期,施微生物保水剂处理植株器官氮、磷、钾质量分数均高于施沃特保水剂处理,其中施用微生物保水剂4 kg/667 m2和6 kg/667 m2各器官氮、磷、钾质量分数最高,均显著高于不施保水剂处理.施用保水剂均可提高马铃薯产量和商品率,其中施沃特保水剂4 kg/667 m2对马铃薯增产和提高商品薯率效果最佳,较不施保水剂处理显著提高34.6%和15.2%.

Abstract

A field study was conducted in arid areas of middle Ningxia to determine the effects of super absorbent dosages on the dry matter accumulation, yield, and nutrient absorption of potato organs by using two dosages of super absorbents (Wote and Microbe).From early florescence stage to the squaring stage of potato, the application of Microbe super absorbent increased nutrient content of potato organs, compared with the application of Wote super absorbent.The mean organs nitrogen, phosphorus,potassium mass fraction of the Microbe super absorbent 4 kg/667 m2 and 6 kg/667 m2 treatments during the early period of potato were the highest, and they significanty higher than the treatment with no super absorbent applying (CK) ,respectively.Two super absorbents of different dosages could obviously improve the potato yield and commodity rate, and the patato yield and commodity rate were the best with using Wofe super absorbent 4 kg/667 m2.Compared with the CK treatment,the Wote super absorbent 4 kg/667 m2 significantly increased potato yield and commodity rate by 34.6% and 15.2%.
