Advances of Root Exudates Collection and Root Exudates Mediated Interspecific Interactions
Root exudates are the metabolic product which secreted by plant roots to rhizosphere,it also play a role as regulators which control the interactions between plant-soil-microbe in rhizosphere communication.Recently,many methods to collect root exudates have been explored by scholars at home and abroad,and by which,the important roles of root exudates among plant-soil interaction were preliminary revealed.In this paper,we summarized the methods to collect root exudation,and elucidated the importance and utilization of root exudation in the inter-specific interaction of plant to plant and plant to soil microorganisms.The key problems and research prospects in future was also proposed.
