为探究甘蓝型油菜亚麻酸含量性状相关的QTL,以KN群体为试验材料,通过连续7 a的油菜种子亚麻酸含量表型数据,并结合KN高密度遗传连锁图谱采用复合区间作图法对油菜亚麻酸含量QTL进行定位研究.结果表明,共鉴定到72个亚麻酸含量QTL,主要分布在10条染色体上,其中A08染色体上的亚麻酸含量QTL最多有18个,A10和C03染色体上QTL数量次之,均有11个QTL,单个QTL可解释的表型变异范围为2.67%~17.26%.在A08染色体上鉴定到3个亚麻酸含量主效QTL,包括cqC18:3-A8-1、cqC18:3-A8-3和cqC18:3-A8-4.通过对区间内的基因进行基因注释和分析共得到11个亚麻酸含量相关的候选基因.
QTL Mapping and Candidate Gene Identification for C18:3 Content in Brassica napus L
To investigate the quantitative trait loci(QTLs)associated with linolenic acid(C18:3)con-tent in Brassica napus,we utilized the KN population was used as experimental material.A localiza-tion study was conducted using phenotypic data on linolenic acid content from rapeseed seeds collected over seven consecutive years,combined with composite interval mapping and the KN high-density ge-netic linkage map.The analysis identified 72 QTLs influencing linolenic acid content,distributed across 10 chromosomes.The highest concentration was on chromosome A08 with 18 QTLs,followed by 11 QTLs each on chromosomes A10 and C03.The phenotypic variation explained by individual QTLs ranged from 2.67%to 17.26%.Three major QTLs for linolenic acid content were located on chromosome A08,including cqC18:3-A8-1,cqC18:3-A8-3,and cqC18:3-A8-4.Through gene anno-tation and interval analysis,11 candidate genes potentially linked to linolenic acid content were identi-fied.
