响应面法优化黑果枸杞色素的提取工艺

以黑果枸杞为原料,在单因素实验的基础上,以料液比(g/m L )、乙醇浓度、浸提温度和时间等为自变量,以色素含量为响应值,利用Box‐Behnken中心组合设计原理和响应面分析法,研究了各自变量及其交互作用对得率的影响,模拟得到了二次多项式回归方程的预测模型,并确定了最佳工艺条件为:料液比1∶34、浸提时间63 min、乙醇浓度75%、浸提温度45℃、粗得率为45.15%.
Optimization of extraction conditions of pigment from Lycium ruthenicum Murr .by response surface methodology
As the Lycium ruthenicum Murr .for raw materials ,four extraction parameters in‐cluding solid‐liquid ratio (g/mL)、extractant (ethanol)、extraction temperature and concent extraction time were optimized using central composite design and response surface method‐ology based on single factor investigations for achieving maximun the pigment extraction rate .The interaction of the respective variables and their influence on the extraction rate were studied by using Box‐Benhnken central composite design and response surface analysis theo‐ry ,the simulated quadratic polynomial regression equation of prediction model was set up . The optimum extraction condition was for extraction temperature 45 ℃ ,solid liquid ratio 1∶34 ,ethanol concentration 75% ,extraction time of 63 min and the extraction rate was 45 . 15% .
