摘要

增强共情对于铸牢中华民族共同体意识至关重要.为探讨民族地区幼儿园教师共情与其中华民族共同体意识的关系以及伦理敏感性和民族交融态度在二者关系中的作用,本研究采用共情量表、中华民族共同体意识量表、伦理敏感性量表、民族交融态度量表对甘肃省甘南藏族自治州的923名幼儿园教师进行了测量.结果发现:(1)幼儿园教师的中华民族共同体意识总体向好.(2)共情、伦理敏感性、民族交融态度、中华民族共同体意识在幼儿园类型、劳动关系、岗位、职称、学历、教龄、民族上存在显著差异,表现为:私立幼儿园教师民族交融态度与中华民族共同体意识显著较弱;行政管理岗位教师的中华民族共同体意识、伦理敏感性、民族交融态度表现最佳;未定级教师的共情、民族交融态度和中华民族共同体意识显著较弱;本科及以上学历教师在共情、民族交融态度、中华民族共同体意识方面的表现显著较优;经验型教师(3-9年教龄)的伦理敏感性最高;汉族教师在各变量上的表现优于其他民族教师.(3)共情、中华民族共同体意识、伦理敏感性、民族交融态度两两显著正向相关;共情显著正向预测中华民族共同体意识;伦理敏感性和民族交融态度是共情与中华民族共同体意识之间的中介变量.具体而言,共情通过三条路径影响幼儿园教师的中华民族共同体意识,一是伦理敏感性的单独中介作用(相对中介效应为31.58%),二是民族交融态度的单独中介作用(相对中介效应为57.89%),三是伦理敏感性和民族交融态度的序列中介作用(相对中介效应为10.53%).

Abstract

Enhancing empathy is crucial for forging a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation among kindergarten teachers.To explore the relationship between empathy among kindergarten teachers in ethnic areas and their sense of community for the Chinese nation,as well as the role of ethical sensitivity and ethnic integration attitude,this study measured 923 kindergarten teachers in Gannan,Gansu Province,using the empathy scale Chinese national community awareness scale,ethical sensitivity scale,and ethnic integration attitude scale.The results showed that their overall sense of community for the Chinese nation was high;There are significant differences in the types of kindergartens,labor relations,positions,professional titles,education levels,teaching experience,and ethnic groups in terms of empathy,sense of community for the Chinese nation,ethical sensitivity and ethnic integration attitude.Specifically,teachers in private kindergartens tend to be weaker in ethnic integration attitude and a sense of community for the Chinese nation.Those in administrative management positions exhibit the highest levels of the sense of community for the Chinese nation,ethical sensitivity,and attitudes towards ethnic integration.Teachers without a determined professional grade show noticeably lower levels of empathy,ethnic integration attitude,and a sense of community for the Chinese nation.Educators with a bachelor's degree or higher stand out with significantly better performance in empathy,ethnic integration attitude,and the sense of community for the Chinese nation.Experienced teachers,particularly those with 3-9 years of teaching,demonstrate the highest ethical sensitivity.Han ethnicity teachers outperform their peers from other ethnic groups in all these variables.Empathy,sense of community for the Chinese nation,ethical sensitivity,and ethnic integration attitude are significantly positively correlated.Empathy significantly predicts a positive sense of community for the Chinese nation.Ethical sensitivity and ethnic integration attitude are mediating variables between empathy and the sense of community for the Chinese nation.Specifically,empathy influences the sense of community for the Chinese nation through three pathways:First,the individual mediating role of ethical sensitivity(the relative mediating effect is 31.58%).Second,the individual mediating role of ethnic integration attitude(the relative mediating effect is 57.89%);Third,the sequential mediating role of ethical sensitivity and ethnic integration attitude(the relative mediating effect is 10.53%).
