Multi-ethnic community,as a typical interaction field and the basic unit of governance system,is also an important carrier and effective way to forge the sense of community of the Chinese nation.The social exchange theory has a strong explanatory ability and guiding significance for the education of community consciousness in multi-ethnic communities.Among them,optimizing social rules is the environmental support to guide community education activities,mining the minimum interest needs is the key starting point to drive community education activities,and providing relative resources is the behavioral logic of community education activities.At present,there are still some practical difficulties in the multi-ethnic community consciousness education,such as the lack of internal and external habitat construction,the lack of guidance for the overall planning of community education activities,the lack of identification of educational needs,the lack of motivation for subjects to participate in educational activities,the imbalance of reciprocal resource exchange,and the lack of coupling mechanism between education and community governance.By optimizing internal and external rules,building educational habitats for internal and external integration,tapping the needs of subjects,mobilizing exchange willingness to stimulate educational motivation,providing mutually beneficial resources,and building an integrated community of education and governance,etc.,we can promote multi-ethnic communities to forge a strong sense of community education of the Chinese nation.
