摘要
小鼠脑组织内含有各种神经细胞,而大脑组织却十分脆弱.如何解离小鼠大脑组织并成功进行流式细胞分选以获得高活性、高纯度的细胞样本,对后续研究大脑相关疾病的发病机制具有重要意义.该文从样本前处理到流式细胞分选全流程作了详细的阐述,为后续单细胞测序和其他相关实验提供技术参考.
Abstract
Mouse brain tissue contains a variety of nerve cells,and the brain tissue is very fragile.How to dissociate the mouse brain tissue and successfully perform flow cytometry sorting to obtain high-activity and high-purity cell samples is of great significance for subsequent research on the pathogenesis of brain related diseases.In this paper,the whole process from sample pretreatment to flow cytometry sorting is described in detail,which pro-vides technical references for subsequent single-cell sequencing and other related experiments.
