水情信息网络报汛系统的设计与应用

随着国家防汛抗旱指挥系统一期工程投入建成,黄委相继完成水情信息采集系统、计算机网络系统的建设,建成了包括黄委水文局、延安、济南等10个水情分中心. 为了进一步提高水情报汛质量,加快信息处理速度,设计基于浏览器/服务器的模式,构建开放、安全、高效的水情信息网络报汛系统,该系统通过Web模式实现了测站报文的实时、准确地拍报至国家防总,提高测站的工作效率,降低报汛人员的工作强度,推动黄河水情拍报质量的整体提高.
Design and application of forecast system for hydrologic information network
With the completion of the first -stage project of national flood control and drought relief com-mand system ,the yellow river conservancy commission ( YRCC ) has finished the construction of hydro-logic information collecting system and computer network system , and built ten regimen canters including YRCC hydrographic office ,Yanan and Jinan etc .In order to further improve the quality of hydrologic in-formation and accelerate information processing speed , it is necessary to construct an open , secure , high efficient hydrologic information forecast network system based on B/S mode.With the help of the Web model, the system will ensure the station reports to send the office of state flood control and drought relief headquarters accurately in real time ,which can improve the efficiency of forecast station and reduce the work intensity of the staff and contribute to the integral improvement of the yellow river hydrologic infor-mation reports quality .
