摘要
消化系疾病为最大疾病群,为患者家庭与国家带来沉重的负担,是全球学者关注的焦点之一.随着医学发展,消化系疾病诊治日趋成熟,但仍存在诸多问题.近年来在早癌诊治、内镜下微创治疗、肠道微生态、晚期肿瘤分子靶向治疗等领域的研究取得较大进展.本文就近年消化系疾病基本研究热点及进展做一评述,并对将来可能的重点研究方向进行展望,以期提高我国消化系疾病研究水平.
Abstract
The digestive diseases is the largest disease group,which brings great burden for the patient families and our country,and attracts global scholars to focus on.With the development of research,the diagnosis and treatment of digestive diseases become more mature,but there are still many problems.In recent years,there are great progresses in the early cancer diagnosis and treatment,endoscopic minimally invasive treatment,intestinal microecology,advanced tumor molecular targeted therapy and other fields.In this article,we'll review the progress of the digestive system in recent years,and comment the possible focus direction in the future,which might be benefit for the improvement of digestive diseases research.
