Effect of ultrasound-guided EnCor minimally invasive surgery on benign breast nodules and its influence on prognosis recovery
Objective To explore the effect of ultrasound-guided EnCor minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of benign breast nodules and its influence on prognosis recovery of patients. Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with benign breast nodules were retrospectively analyzed. The patients who underwent traditional open surgery were in-cluded in control group(n=50),and the patients who received ultrasound-guided EnCor minimally invasive surgery were enrolled as study group(n=70).The perioperative indicators and pain degree[Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)]at 1 day,3 days and 5 days after surgery and levels of serum inflammatory factors[C-reactive protein(CRP),serum procalcitonin(PCT)]before and after surgery were compared between both groups of patients.Postoperative scar status[scar length,Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)]and occurrence of complications(wound infection, subcutaneous ecchymosis, breast de-formation,subcutaneous hematoma)were observed in the two groups. Results The perioperative indicators in study group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The NRS scores in study group at 1 day,3 days and 5 days af-ter surgery were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After surgery, the levels of CRP and PCT in both groups were higher than those before surgery, and the levels were lower in study group than those in control group.Scar length and scores of VSS dimensions in study group were lower compared with those in control group(P<0.05).The total inci-dence rate of postoperative complications in study group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided EnCor minimally invasive surgery for benign breast nodules is beneficial to enhance the surgical effi-ciency,reduce the surgical trauma, relieve the postoperative pain degree, control the inflammatory response and reduce the risk of scars and complications, and it is also conducive to the prognosis recovery of patients.
