营养与食品卫生学“微课程”教学模式的应用探索

摘要
营养与食品卫生学是现代医学的重要组成部分,但传统教学模式下的营养与食品卫生学教学存在教学内容多,教学时数少,不会应用等问题。一般而言“营养与食品卫生学”只是容易理解,但是讲解不深入的话学生只是知其然不知其所以然,加上与日常生活息息相关,该学科知识点容易理解,但不好掌握,对授课教师有很大挑战。因此,为了满足现代社会对营养与食品卫生学人才的需要,迫切需要高等教育院校对营养与食品卫生学课程的教学内容和教学模式进行深刻变革。随着现代社会网络时代的到来,为我们的教学提供了丰富的途径和资源,而“微课程”的提出,为实现以上教学改革思路提供了可操作性的解决方案和途径。本文针对营养与食品卫生学传统教学与“微课程”教学模式进行了比较,并对微课程教学模式的应用提出了几点探索性建议。
Abstract
Science of Nutrition and Food Hygiene is an important part of modern medicine .However , its teaching practice in recent years indicates that it has engaged with some problems inclusive of too many subjects ,poor teaching hours ,hard to understand and no idea of applications .Therefore ,medi‐cal universities and colleges are in urgent need to launch a deep reform in traditional teaching content and methods .With the advent of Internet Age ,we could find more diversified teaching methods and resources inclusive of Micro Lecture .The concept of Micro Lecture can provide a new workable solu‐tion for the teaching reform .This paper has tried to contrast traditional teaching methods with the concept of Micro Lecture and give some exploratory suggestions on the application of Micro Lecture .
