摘要
提高教育质量是当前研究生教育最核心最紧迫的任务。医学研究生课题设计能力对科研能力至关重要，是提高研究生教育质量的关键环节。笔者分析了课题设计的特点：实用性、可行性、内生性、科学性、系统性和创新性，提出了提升医学研究生课题设计能力的策略：需求分析，着眼未来；评估可行性，完善方案；加强自身素质，提高能动性；科学设计，提升质量；系统把握，准确定位；多元发展，引领创新。医学研究生只有提高课题设计能力才能为国家科学进步做出创造性贡献。
Abstract
Improving the educational quality is the most core and urgent task of postgraduate education in current .Project design ability of medical postgraduates is essential to scientific research ability ,and is a key point to improve postgraduates’ educational quality .The author analyses the characteristics of project design :practicability ,feasibility ,endophytism ,scientificity ,systematicness ,innovative‐ness ,and raised strategies on improving project design ability of medical postgraduates :analysis of requirements ,focus on future;evaluate feasibility ,perfect solution ;strengthen own quality ,improve initiative;design scientifically ,improve quality ;grasp systematacially ,position accurately ;develop in diversity ,driving innovation .Only by improving project design ability ,medical postgraduates can make a creative contribution to national science progress .
