Development of New-form Textbooks for Medical Chemistry in the Context of First-class Course Construction
Medical Chemistry is an important basic general course for freshmen of medical colleges and is an important support for subsequent courses and clinical work.Textbooks for medical chemistry are the important carrier of the course.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop a new form of medical chemistry textbooks which can cast the soul and enlighten the wisdom.Compiling cutting-edge and innova-tive content of textbooks,developing new forms of textbooks,and advancing ideological and political content of textbooks are the three hot spots in the development of textbooks today.Starting from these three hotspots,this paper first analyzes the era background of innovation in medical chemistry textbooks and the importance of incorporating ideological and political education,big data,artificial intelligence and other modern information technologies into textbooks.To allow medical students to learn anytime and anywhere,it explores the necessity of compiling new-form textbooks that integrate online digital resources with offline paper textbooks.Secondly,it discusses the development thoughts and methods of textbooks to achieve the scientificity,practicality,ideology and high level of textbook contents.The development thoughts consist of two aspects:top-level design and full-process quality control.There are three development methods:keep-ing up with the times and innovating textbook contents,integrating ideology and politics to build an ideologi-cal core,and combining paper and digital to innovate textbook forms.Finally,through practical exploration,a new form of medical chemistry textbooks integrating paper and digital forms has been created,which not only meets the requirement of"Content is the cornerstone"in courses,but also highlights the characteristics of ideological and politics education in medical chemistry course.
