HPLC法测定抗溶糖浆中绿原酸含量

目的 建立HPLC法测定抗溶糖浆中绿原酸含量的方法.方法 采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(15∶85∶0.5)为流动相,检测波长为328 nm;流速为1.0 mL·min-1.结果 绿原酸的线性范围为0.246~1.968 μg(r=0.999 9,n=5),平均回收率为97.1%(n=6),RSD为0.99%.结论 该方法简单、快捷,结果准确,可用于抗溶糖浆的质量控制.
Content determination of chlorogenic acid in Kangrong Syrup by HPLC
Objective To develop an HPLC method for determination of the content of chlorogenic acid in Kangrong Syrup. Method The separation was performed on a Kromasil C18 column (250 mm×4. 6 mm,5 μm) with methanol-water-acetic acid (15 ∶ 85 ∶ 0. 5) as mobile phase and the wavelength of UV detector was 328 nm. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1. Result Chlorogenic acid in extracts was well separated,and the relationship of injection amount and peak area was linear ( r =0. 999 9) within the range of 0. 2461. 968 μg. The average recovery was 97. 1 % ( n = 6) with RSD 0. 99%. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate. It can be suitable for quality control of Kangrong Syrup.
