目的 优选六味参苓颗粒的提取工艺.方法 以处方君药西洋参中的人参皂苷Re的提取率和出膏率为考察指标,进行综合评分,通过正交实验考察不同因素和水平对六味参苓颗粒提取的影响.结果 最佳提取工艺为:药材加12倍量水,加热提取2次,每次2 h.结论该提取工艺合理,操作简便,可行性佳,能够为生产实际提供理论依据.
Objective To optimize the extracting procedure for Liuweishenling Granules. Methods The optimum water extracting procedure was selected with the content and extraction efficiency of ginsenoside Re through the orthogonal experiment design and synthesizing multiple guidelines method. Results The optimum process was determined as 12 times of water refluxing and extracting 2 h for 2 times. Conclusion The optimum extraction process is reasonable, simple, convenient, and can provide theory basis for the production of Liuweishenling Granules in practice.
