金嗓开音胶囊质量标准改进

摘要
目的 改进金嗓开音胶囊的质量标准.方法 修改了原标准芍药苷的薄层鉴别,建立了主药金银花和菊花中绿原酸的含量测定方法.结果 改进后的薄层鉴别能明显检出芍药苷;绿原酸对照品在0.081～0.649 μg范围内线性关系良好,r＝0.999 9;平均回收率为103.0%,RSD为1.9%(n=6).结论改进后的质量标准可行,能够用于金嗓开音胶囊的质量控制.
Abstract
Objective To improve the quality standards of Jinsangkaiyin Capsules. Methods The original standard of paeoniflorin by TLC was modified and the determination method of chlorogenic acid in honeysuckle and chrysanthemum was established. Results Paeoniflorin could be detected significantly by the improved TLC method. The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0. 081-0. 64 9 jLtg ( r =0. 999 9). The average recovery was 103. 0% and RSD was 1. 9% ( n =6). Conclusion The improved quality standard is feasible. It can be used for quality control for Jinsangkaiyin Capsules.
