摘要
目的：考察被测对照品溶液的稳定性。方法用高效液相色谱法对肌苷、吡拉西坦、甲硝唑及曲安奈德4种对照品溶液进行稳定性考察，并采用不确定度对检测结果的准确性进行验证。结果肌苷对照品溶液使用期限为15 d；吡拉西坦对照品溶液稳定性最好，使用期限为60 d；甲硝唑对照品溶液较为稳定，使用期限为21 d；曲安奈德对照品溶液稳定性较差，使用期限为7 d。结论根据稳定性考察结果，为建立有效的质量控制方法提供参考。
Abstract
Objective To investigate the stability of 4 kinds of control solutions.Methods High performance liquid chromatography was used to study the stability and the accuracy uncertainty of inosine,derby of levetiracetam,metronidazole and triamcinolone acetonide control solutions,we investigated the stability.Results Inosine control solution could be used for a period of 1 5 days;pi-racetam for a period of 60 days;metronidazole reference solution was stable,and could be used for a period of 21 days;triamcin-olone acetonide reference solution stability was poor,could be used for a period of 7 days.Conclusion The results of the stability study supplied a reference for effective quality control.
