润肠通乐丸提取工艺研究

摘要
目的 研究润肠通乐丸的提取工艺.方法 以干膏得率、粗多糖、松果菊苷和毛蕊花糖苷的总含量为指标,先用预实验考察提取因素加水量和提取时间,再采用正交实验设计,考察提取次数、加水量和提取时间,优选出最佳工艺条件.结果 最佳提取工艺条件为:处方药味加水提取2次,第1次加15倍量水提取1.0h,第2次加14倍量水提取0.5h.结论 该工艺简单、稳定、可行,可作为润肠通乐丸的提取工艺.
Abstract
Objective To study the extraction process of Runchangtongle Pills .Methods The extract rate ,total polysaccharides ,and the content of echinacoside and verbascoside as the index ,the process conditions ,such as the amount of water and extraction time , were optimized by using an orthogonal experimental design .Results The optimal extraction conditions were as follows :water ex-traction for 2 times ,the first time extraction with 15 folds of water for 1 .0 h ,and the second time extraction with 14 folds of water for 0 .5 h .Conclusion The process is simple ,stable and feasible .The extraction process can be used to prepare Runchangtongle Pills .
