摘要
目的 探讨银丹心脑通软胶囊联合瑞舒伐他汀钙对冠心病心绞痛伴高脂血症患者血脂、内皮功能和微循环的影响.方法选取2015年1月~2016年12月在我院接受治疗的160例冠心病心绞痛伴高脂血症患者,采用随机数字表法将其均分为对照组和观察组.对照组给予瑞舒伐他汀钙,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用银丹心脑通软胶囊.比较治疗前后2组血脂(T G、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C),血管内皮功能(NO、H2S、ET-1),微循环(MHR、MRT、MST)及临床疗效.结果治疗前,2组患者血脂TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C无显著差异;治疗后,2组患者血脂指标显著改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,2组血管内皮功能NO、H2 S、ET-1无明显差异;治疗后,2组血管内皮功能显著改善,且观察组显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前,2组微循环MHR、MRT、MST无明显差异;治疗后,2组MHR、MRT、MST水平明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组控制心绞痛总有效率(92.50%)明显高于对照组(78.75%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论银丹心脑通软胶囊联合瑞舒伐他汀钙可改善冠心病伴高脂血症患者的血脂、内皮功能及微循环,临床效果满意.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Yindan Xinnaotong Soft Capsules combined with rosuvastatin calcium on blood lip-id ,endothelial function and microcirculation in patients with coronary heart disease ,angina pectoris and hyperlipidemia .Methods A total of 160 patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 ,were di-vided into control group and observation group by random number method .The control group was given rosuvastatin calcium , while the observation group on the basis of rosuvastatin calcium ,were given Yindan Xinnaotong Soft Capsules .The serum lipids (TG ,TC ,HDL-C ,LDL-C) ,vascular endothelial function (NO ,H2S ,ET-1) ,microcirculation (MHR ,MRT ,MST) and clinical effi-cacy were compared before and after treatment .Results Before treatment ,there were no significant difference in TG ,TC ,LDL-C and HDL-C between the 2 groups .After treatment ,the blood lipid indexes of the 2 groups were significantly improved ,and the ob-servation group was better than the control group ,the difference was significant (P<0 .05) .There was no significant difference in the contents of NO ,H2 S and ET-1 between the 2 groups before treatment .After treatment ,the endothelial function of the 2 groups was significantly improved ,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group ,the difference was significant (P<0 .05) .The levels of MHR ,MRT and MST in the 2 groups were significantly lower than those in the control group ,the difference was significant (P<0 .05) .The levels of MHR ,MRT and MST in the 2 groups were significantly lower than those in the control group ,the difference was significant (P<0 .05) .After treatment ,the total effective rate of angina pectoris was 92 .50%in the observation group ,which was significantly higher than that in the control group (78 .75% ) ,the difference was significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusion The serum lipids ,endothelial function and microcirculation of patients with coronary heart disease and hyper-lipidemia can be better improved by Yindan Xinnaotong Soft Capsules combined with rosuvastatin calcium .
