Screening the prescription of bulleyaconitine A nanoemulsion gel paste by Plackett-Burman design and Box-Behnken response surface methodology
Objective To optimize the prescription of bulleyaconitine A nanoemulsion gel paste. Methods On the basis of Plackett-Burman design and the steepest climbing experiment, the dosage of glycerol, tartaric acid and purified water was used as the influencing factors, and the comprehensive score of initial viscosity, viscosity retention and sensory evaluation was used as the evaluation index.Box-Behnken response surface method was used to optimize the matrix prescription. Results The optimal prescription was 40.877 g of glycerol,0.294 g of tartaric acid and 42.491 g of purified water. The comprehensive score was 94.937.Conclusion The method is simple, feasible and predictive, and can be used to optimize the matrix formulation of bulleyaconitine A nanoemulsion gel paste.
