Effect of budesonide combined with fructose sodium diphosphate and vitamin C in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia and myocardial damage
Objective To explore the clinical effects of budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with fructose sodium diphosphate and vitamin C in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia(MP)and myocardial damage. Methods 87 children with MP and myocardial damage were enrolled and divided into group A(44 cases)and group B(43 cases)by random number table method. The both groups were given conventional treatments. On this basis, the children in group B were treated with budesonide aerosol inhala-tion combined with vitamin C,while the children in group A were treated with budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with fructose sodium diphosphate and vitamin C.The curative effects, adverse reactions and the disappearance time of rales, fever, and cough in the 2 groups were observed.Myocardial enzymes[α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(HBDH),creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB)and lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)],inflammation indicators[procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)]were compared between the 2 groups before and after treatment. Results The total treatment response rate in group A(93.18%)was higher than in group B(76.74%)(P<0.05).The disappearance time of rales, fever and cough in group A was shorter than that in group B(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of HBDH,CK-MB,LDH,PCT,CRP and IL-6 were reduced, which were lower in group A than in group B(P<0.05).There was no difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with fructose sodium diphosphate and vitamin C is effective in the treatment of children with MP and myocardial damage, which can significantly improve pulmonary symptoms and signs, inhibit in-flammation and promote myocardial function recovery.
