肿瘤微环境中免疫细胞自身调控及中药成分对其调控的研究进展

目的 了解肿瘤微环境(tumor microenvironment,TME)中免疫细胞的调节机制、免疫治疗的新靶点以及中药成分对免疫细胞的调节作用.方法 查阅相关文献,总结TME中免疫细胞调控机制和发挥抗肿瘤免疫治疗的新靶点以及中药成分对免疫细胞的调节作用.结果 总结了肿瘤微环境中T细胞、巨噬细胞、树突状细胞在分化、发育、功能上的调控机制,归纳了抗肿瘤免疫治疗的新靶点,基于这些调控机制分析不同种类的中药成分对免疫细胞的调控作用.结论 梳理总结TME中免疫细胞的自身调控机制和中药成分对免疫细胞的调节作用,为中药抗肿瘤免疫机制的深入探索奠定基础.
Research progress of self-regulation and the regulation by Chinese herbal ingre-dients of immune cells in tumor microenvironment
Objective To study the regulatory mechanisms of immune cells in tumor microenvironment(TME)and new targets for immunotherapy,as well as the effects of Chinese herbal ingredients on immune cells.Methods The regulatory effects of immune cell in TME,the new targets for anti-tumor immunotherapy and the effects of Chinese herbal ingredients on immune cells were summa-rized by referring to relative literatures.Results The regulatory mechanisms of T cells,macrophages and dendritic cells in TME were reviewed in terms of differentiation,development and function.Several new targets for anti-tumor immunotherapy and regulatory effects of different kinds of Chinese herbal medicine components on immune cells were summarized and analyzed.Conclusion Reviewing the self-regulatory mechanisms of immune cells in TME and the effects of Chinese herbal ingredients on immune cells could lay a foundation for the exploration of anti-tumor immune mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine.
