摘要
目的 对琥珀酰亚胺衍生物的抗癫痫活性进行总结.方法 通过收集已发表文献中报道的琥珀酰亚胺衍生物的相关信息,对琥珀酰亚胺衍生物的抗癫痫活性及构效关系进行综述.结果 按照时间顺序,对文献报道的25种琥珀酰亚胺类衍生物的抗癫痫活性进行了系统性的总结.结论 通过对琥珀酰亚胺衍生物活性及构效关系的总结,为进一步开发以琥珀酰亚胺为母核的新型抗癫痫药物提供依据.
Abstract
Objective To summarize the antiepileptic activity of succinimide derivatives.Methods By gathering relevant information of succinimide derivatives reported in published literatures,the antiepileptic activity and structure-activity relationship(SAR)of succinimide derivatives were summarized.Results The antiepileptic activities of 25 succinimide derivatives were systematically summarized in chrono-logical order.Conclusion Summarizing the activity and SAR of succinimide derivatives lays a foundation for further development of new antiepileptic drugs with succinimide as the parent nucleus.
