摘要
目的 研究天山假狼毒花Stelleropsistianschanica(Pobed.)体积分数95%乙醇提取物中的化学成分.方法 用硅胶、凝胶等柱色谱以及半制备高效液相色谱方法进行分离纯化,通过核磁共振、质谱等波谱技术并结合理化性质对其结构进行鉴定.结果 从天山假狼毒花石油醚部位中分离出11个化合物,分别鉴定为3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxy)-phenyl 1,2-propandiol(1)、(2S)-4-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-butanol(2)、香草醇(3)、(+)-(7S,8S)-3-methoxy-3',7-expoxy-8,4'-neolignan-4,9,9'-triol(4)、西瑞香素(5)、benzyl O-b-D-glucopyranoside(6)、squalene(7)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(8)、linoleic acid(9)、2,3-dihydroxypropyl de-canoate(10)、(+)-kusunokinin(11).结论 除化合物5、8和化合物11外,其余化合物均是首次从假狼毒属中分离得到.
Abstract
Objective To study the chemical composition of 95%ethanol extract of the flowers of Stelleropsis tianschanica(Pobed.).Methods The chemical composition was studied by silica gel,gel column chromatography and semi preparative HPLC.At the same time,the chemical structures were identified by NMR,MS and other spectral techniques combined with physicochemical properties.Results The compounds were obtained and identified as 3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxy)-phenyl l,2-propandiol(1),(2S)-4-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-butanol(2),vanillyl alcohol(3),(+)-(7S,8S)-3-methoxy-3',7-expoxy-8,4'-neolignan-4,9,9'-triol(4),daphnoretin(5),benzyl O-b-D-glucopyranoside(6),squalene(7),dibutyl phthalate(8),linoleic acid(9),2,3-dihydroxypropyl decanoate(10),and(+)-kusunokinin(11).Conclusion Except for compounds 5,8 and 11,the rest were obtained from the Stelleropsis for the first time.
