Study on the chemical composition of the flowers of Stelleropsis tianschanica
Objective To study the chemical composition of 95%ethanol extract of the flowers of Stelleropsis tianschanica(Pobed.).Methods The chemical composition was studied by silica gel,gel column chromatography and semi preparative HPLC.At the same time,the chemical structures were identified by NMR,MS and other spectral techniques combined with physicochemical properties.Results The compounds were obtained and identified as 3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxy)-phenyl l,2-propandiol(1),(2S)-4-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-butanol(2),vanillyl alcohol(3),(+)-(7S,8S)-3-methoxy-3',7-expoxy-8,4'-neolignan-4,9,9'-triol(4),daphnoretin(5),benzyl O-b-D-glucopyranoside(6),squalene(7),dibutyl phthalate(8),linoleic acid(9),2,3-dihydroxypropyl decanoate(10),and(+)-kusunokinin(11).Conclusion Except for compounds 5,8 and 11,the rest were obtained from the Stelleropsis for the first time.
