目的 建立能同时测定冠心安口服液中蒙花苷、延胡索乙素和2，3，5，4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷含量的HPLC分析方法。方法 Capcell Pak UG C18色谱柱分离;蒙花苷、延胡索乙素和2，3，5，4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷检测波长分别设定为334、281、320 nm;柱温为室温;进样体积为10 μL;以乙腈为流动相A，1 mL·L-1磷酸溶液(三乙胺调节pH至6。0)为流动相B，梯度洗脱。结果 蒙花苷、延胡索乙素和2，3，5，4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的质量浓度分别在0。024 5～2。450 0、0。045 7～4。570 0、0。047 4～4。740 0μg·mL-1范围内线性良好;平均回收率分别为 100。8％、99。9％、101。4％;精密度和重复性RSD值(n=6)均在5。0％以内;供试品溶液在24 h内稳定。结论 此方法具有前处理简单、分析时间短和检测结果准确等优点，适用于冠心安口服液制剂的质量控制。
Simultaneous determination of the contents of smectin,tetrahydropalmatine and 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in Guanxin'an Oral Liquid by HPLC
To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of the contents of smectin,tetrahydropalmatine and 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside in Guanxin'an Oral Liquid.Methods Capcell Pak UG C18 chromatographic column was used for separation.Acetonitrile was used as mobile phase A,and 1 mL·L-1 phosphoric acid solution(adjust pH to 6.0 by triethylamine)was used as mobile phase B,in a gradient elution mode.The detection wavelengths of smectin,tetrahydropalmatine and 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside were set at 334 nm,281 nm and 320 nm respectively.The column tempera-ture was room temperature,and the injection volume was 10 μL.Results Smectin,tetrahydropalmatine and 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxys-tilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside showed good linear relationships in the concentration ranges 0.024 5-2.450 0,0.045 7-4.570 0 and 0.047 4-4.740 0 μg·mL-1,respectively.The average recoveries were 100.8％,99.9％and 101.4％respectively.The RSDs(n=6)of precision and repeatability were within 5.0％.The test solution was stable within 24 hours.Conclusion The results show that this method has the advantages of simple pretreatment,short analysis time and accurate detection results,and is suitable for the quality control of Guanxin'an Oral Liquid.
