目的 探讨溶栓胶囊联合阿司匹林治疗颈动脉硬化斑块的疗效。方法 选取100例颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者作为研究对象，用随机数字表法分为观察组(55例，用溶栓胶囊联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗)和对照组(45例，用阿司匹林肠溶片治疗)。观察2组治疗后的临床疗效、斑块情况、中医症状积分、血流变指标和不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后，观察组的临床总有效率(96。36％)高于对照组(80。00％)，P＜0。05。观察组患者的内-中膜的厚度(intima media thickness，IMT)和斑块面积分别为(0。95±0。16)mm、(19。34±1。47)mm2，均低于对照组[(1。24±0。18)mm、(20。33±1。87)mm2];管腔直径[(6。47±0。48)mm]大于对照组[(5。53±0。43)mm]，P＜0。05。治疗后，观察组患者的头晕、头刺痛、肢体麻木、口唇紫暗中医症候积分分别为(1。02± 0。56)、(2。02±1。48)、(2。34±0。47)、(2。26±1。22)分，均低于对照组[(2。34±0。43)、(3。20±1。03)、(3。33±1。87)、(3。51±1。49)分]，P＜0。05。治疗后，观察组全血黏度低切、中切、高切及血浆黏度均低于对照组(P＜0。05)。2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0。05)。结论 溶栓胶囊联合阿司匹林肠溶片治疗颈动脉硬化斑块能提高临床疗效，改善斑块情况，降低中医证候积分，改善血流变指标，且无明显不良反应发生，安全性较高。
Efficacy of Plasmin Capsules combined with aspirin in treating carotid athero-sclerotic plaque
Objective To explore the efficacy of Plasmin Capsules combined with aspirin in the treatment of carotid atherosclerotic plaque.Methods A total of 100 patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaque were selected as research subjects and divided into observation group(55 cases,Plasmin Capsules combined with Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets)and control group(45 cases,Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets)according to random number table method.The clinical efficacy,plaque condition,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)symptoms scores,hemorheological indicators and adverse reactions of the 2 groups were observed after treatment.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of observation group(96.36％)was higher than that of control group(80.00％),P＜0.05.The intima media thickness(IMT)and plaque area[(0.95±0.16)mm and(19.34±1.47)mm2)]in observation group were lower than those in control group[(1.24±0.18)mm and(20.33±1.87)mm2)].The lumen diameter[(6.47±0.48)mm]was higher than that in control group[(5.53± 0.43)mm)],P＜0.05.After treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms such as dizziness,head tingling pain,limb numbness and dark purple lips in observation group were(1.02±0.56)points,(2.02±1.48)points,(2.34±0.47)points and(2.26±1.22)points,which were lower than(2.34±0.43)points,(3.20±1.03)points,(3.33±1.87)points and(3.51±1.49)points in control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the low-shear,middle-shear and high-shear whole blood viscosities and plasma viscosity of observation group were lower than those of control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the 2 groups showed no statistically significant difference(P＞0.05).Conclusion Plasmin Capsules combined with Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets in the treatment of carotid atherosclerosis plaque can enhance clinical efficacy,improve plaque condition,reduce TCM syndromes scores,and improve hemorheological indicators,and it has no obvious adverse reactions and has high safety.
