某院2021年脑病科活血化瘀类中药注射剂使用情况分析

目的 分析该院2021年脑病科活血化瘀类中药注射剂的使用情况和安全性。方法 对该院2021年脑病科收治的1 985例患者的病历资料进行回顾性分析，明确活血化瘀类中药注射剂的使用情况、适应症用药、超疗程用药、溶媒选择和用量分析。结果 使用的活血化瘀类中药注射剂共4种，其中联用共276例(13。94％)，使用频次总计为2 621次，由高至低分别为疏血通注射液、丹参注射液、注射用红花黄色素和心脉隆注射液;患者超疗程用药使用频次占总使用频次的2。14％，由高至低分别为疏血通注射液、丹参注射液、注射用红花黄色素和心脉隆注射液;2 621频次中，与说明书规定的稀释溶媒不符合的共34频次(1。30％)，由高至低分别为注射用红花黄色素、丹参注射液、疏血通注射液和心脉隆注射液;患者联合用药频次共3 806次，由高至低分别为丁苯酞软胶囊、硫酸氢氯吡格雷片、阿司匹林肠溶片、达比加群酯胶囊和银杏叶胶囊。结论 该院2021年脑病科活血化瘀类中药注射剂使用中疏血通注射液选择性高，但中药注射剂使用尚存在不合理用药现象，应加强规范使用，以促进药物合理选择、有效使用。
Analysis of the use of traditional Chinese medicine injections for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the encephalopathy department of a hospital in 2021
Objective To analyze the use and safety of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)injections for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the Encephalopathy Department of a hospital in 2021.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on the case data of 1 985 patients admitted to the department between January and December 2021.The use,indication medication,over-course medication,solvent selection and dosage analysis of TCM injections for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis were determined.Results There were 4 types of traditional Chinese medicine injections used for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,among which 276 cases(13.94％)were used in combination.The total frequency of use was 2 621 times,from high to low:Shuxuetong Injections,Danshen Injections,Injection of Safflower Yellow Pigment,and Xinmailong Injections.The ratio of over-course medication frequency to total use frequency was 2.14％,and the frequency,from high to low,was Shuxuetong Injections,Danshen Injections,Carthamin Yellow for Injection and Xinmailong Injections,respectively.In the 2 621 use times,there were 34 times(1.30％)of medication inconsistent with the dilution solvent prescribed in the instructions,and the frequency from high to low,was Carthamin Yellow for Injection,Danshen Injections,Shuxuetong Injections and Xinmailong Injections,respectively.There were 3 806 times of combined medication and the frequency from high to low was Butylphthalide Soft Capsules,Clopidogrel Bisulfate Tablets,Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets,Dabigatran Capsules and Ginkgo Leaf Capsules,respectively.Conclusion Among the use of TCM injections for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the Encephalopathy Department of the hospital in 2021,Shuxuetong Injections had the highest frequency.However,there were still irrational use of TCM injections.It is necessary to strengthen and standardize the application to ensure the effectiveness and rationality.
