摘要

目的 优化复方黄栀连颗粒的提取工艺.方法 以黄芩苷含量为评价指标,用单因素实验确定加水量、提取时间、提取次数的因素水平;以干膏率及黄芩苷含量综合分值为评价指标,用L9(34)正交试验筛选复方黄栀连颗粒的最佳提取工艺.结果 最优提取工艺为加12倍水,提取3次,每次1 h.结论 该提取方法便于操作,稳定可靠,重复性好.

Abstract

Objective To optimize the extraction process of Compound Huangzhilian Granules.Methods By taking the content of baicalin as an indicator,single factor tests were used to choose the three levels of amount of water,extraction time and extraction times.By taking the comprehensive scores of the dry extract rate and the content of baicalin as indicators,an L9(34)of orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the extraction process.Results The optimized extraction conditions were 12 times amount of water and extracted for 3 times with 1 hour for each time.Conclusion The optimized extraction process is stable and feasible with good reproducibility.
