Effect of Wuling Capsules in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Wuling Capsules in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods From March 2021 to March 2023,a total of 269 cases of NAFLD(29 cases shedded and 240 cases were effective)were observed in 3 medical institutions.The effective cases were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method.The control group received Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Capsules(n=120)and the observation group received Wuling Capsules(n=120).The symptom improvement,lipid levels,liver function index,and the occurrence of adverse effects between the 2 groups were compared.Results After treatment,the scores of right rib distension and the pain heavy body trapped,abdominal distension,and weakness were significantly lower(P<0.05);the total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),controlled attenuation parameter(CAP),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),and total bilirubin(TBiL)were also significantly improved(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of Wuling Capsuless in treating NAFLD can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms in patients by improving their blood lipid levels and liver function with good safety.
