摘要

目的 总结竹根七属植物化学成分及药理作用的研究进展,为该属植物的进一步开发利用提供参考.方法 检索竹根七属植物的国内外相关文献,并进行归类、分析和总结.结果 竹根七属植物包括4个种,该属植物主要含有挥发油、甾体类、黄酮类、酚酸类等化学成分,具有抗菌、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗氧化等药理活性.结论 竹根七属植物的化学成分及药理作用研究已取得一定进展,可为该属植物进一步的药效物质基础、质量控制、临床应用及产品研究提供参考,但该属植物的"成分-药效-代谢-靶点"多维度关系仍需深入研究.

Abstract

Objective To summarize the research progress of chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Disporopsis,and to provide a reference for further development and utilization of medicinal plants in this genus.Methods The domestic and foreign literatures of Disporopsis were retrieved,classified,analyzed and summarized.Results There are 4 species of medicinal plants of Disporopsis.The chemical constituents of Disporopsis include volatile oils,steroids,flavonoids,phenolic acids,and so on,which have the effects of antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,and antioxidant.Conclusion Some progress has been made in the study of chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Disporopsis,which can provide a reference for further research on the material basis of medicinal effect,quality control,clinical application and product development of medicinal plants in this genus.However,the multi-dimensional relationship of"components-effects-metabolism-targets"of medicinal plants in this genus still needs to be further studied.
