补肾活血汤治疗肱骨近端骨折的效果

目的 探讨用补肾活血汤治疗肱骨近端骨折的效果及对患者肩关节功能和骨代谢指标的影响。方法 选取收治的肱骨近端骨折患者92例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,每组46例。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗的基础上给予补肾活血方治疗,比较 2组患者的临床疗效、肩关节功能评分、肩关节活动度、骨代谢指标[碱性磷酸酶(alkaline phosphatase,ALP)、骨钙素(boneglaprotein,BGP)、胶原羟基末端肽(collagen hydroxyl terminal peptide,CTX)]及术后并发症的发生情况。结果 研究组患者的骨折愈合时间、视觉模拟评分(visual analogue score,VAS)和CTX水平均显著短(低)于对照组(P<0。05),肩关节Neer评分、肩关节活动度、ALP和BGP水平均显著高于对照组(P<0。05)。结论 补肾活血汤可有效缩短肱骨骨折患者的骨折愈合时间,降低疼痛程度,提高肩关节功能,改善骨代谢,且安全、可靠。
Effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction on proximal humeral fracture
Objective To explore the effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction on proximal humeral fractureand its influence on shoulder joint function and bone metabolism index.Methods A toal of 92 patients with proximal humeral fracture were selected as the research object and randomly divided into control group and research group,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,while the study group was given Bushen Huoxue Decoction on the basis of routine treatment.The clinical efficacy,shoulder joint function score,shoulder joint mobility,bone metabolism indexes[alkaline phosphatase(ALP),osteocalcin(BGP)and collagen hydroxyl terminal peptide(CTX)]and postoperative complications of the 2 groups were compared.Results The fracture healing time,visual analogue score(VAS)and CTX level of patients in the study group were significantly shorter(lower)than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the Neer score of shoulder joint,the range of motion of shoulder joint,the ALP and BGP levels were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Huoxue Decoction can effectively shorten the fracture healing time of patients with humeral fracture,reduce the degree of pain,improve shoulder function and improve bone metabolism,and it is safe and reliable.
