Influence of nifedipine combined with labetalol on delivery outcomes in patients with gestational hypertension syndrome
Objective To observe the efficacy of nifedipine combined with labetalol on delivery outcomes in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension(PIH).Methods A total of 101 patients with PIH were divided into control group(n=50)and experimental group(n=51)by using random number method. The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine, and the experimental group was treated with labetalol on the basis of the control group. The systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and biochemical indexes were compared between the 2 groups before and after treatment. The clinical efficacy, delivery outcome and adverse reactions of the 2 groups were compared. Results After treatment, the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, serum brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),cystatin C(CysC),and urine microalbumin(mALB)levels in the 2 groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidences of intrauterine distress, placental abruption, premature birth and neonatal asphyxia in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of headache, gastrointestinal discomfort, fatigue and hypoalbuminemia between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Nifedipine combined with labetalol can effectively reduce blood pressure in patients with PIH,improve their cardio-renal function and pregnancy outcome, and improve clinical efficacy with high safety.
