Effect of Xiaozhiling perfusion combined with negative pressure suction on bromhidrosis
Objective To observe and compare the clinical efficacy and complications of single negative pressure suction and negative pressure suction combined with Xiaozhiling perfusion in the treatment of axillary osmidrosis,and to explore the effect of combined treatment on the degree of odor and quality of life in patients with underarm odor.Methods A total of 81 patients with axillary osmidrosis treated for the first time were randomly divided into negative pressure suction group(39 cases)and a combined treatment group(42 cases).The negative pressure suction group was treated with single negative pressure aspiration.The combined treatment group was given negative pressure aspiration combined with Xiaozhiling perfusion.The clinical efficacy and complications of the 2 treatment methods were compared.Results During the 3-6 months follow-up after operation,the wound healing time in the negative pressure suction group was significantly longer than that in the combined treatment group(P＜0.05).The total effective rate(84.62%)was lower than the combined treatment group(100.00%)(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the negative pressure suction group(26.92%)was higher than that in the combined treatment group(13.10%)(P＜0.05).The quality of life score of the patients in the negative pressure suction group was significantly lower than that in the combined treatment group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Xiaozhiling perfusion combined with negative pressure suction is better than single negative pressure suction in the treatment of axillary osmidrosis,and the combination can significantly reduce the incidence of complications,reduce the degree of odor in patients with axillary osmidrosis,and improve the quality of life.
