Research progress of Uyghur medicines in the treatment of glucolipid metabolic diseases
Objective To summarize the research progress of drug treatment of glucolipid metabolic diseases in Uyghur.Methods Based on the variety catalogs recorded in Chinese Materia Medica·Uyghur Medicine Volume and Encyclopedia of Chinese Medicine·Uyghur Medicine,this paper searched CNKI,PubMed,CQVIP database,Wanfang database,etc.,and sorted out,summarized the research progress of commonly used Uyghur single medicine,compounded medicines and Chinese patent medicines for the treatment of glucolipid metabolic diseases.Results In Uyghur medicines,single medicines for diabetes include Ferula,Trigonella foenum-graecum L.,Morus nigra,Chickpea and Pomegranate,etc.;Compounded medicines include Ziyabiti Tablets(powder)and Compounded Kababiqini Lotion,and Chinese patent medicines include Xiaoke Jianpi Capsules.The single medicine treatment for hyperlipidemia include leech,pepper,garlic and Portulaca oleracea,etc.;Compounded medicines include decoction of Maitibuhe aifeitimeng and Aifeitimeng.Single medicine for atherosclerosis include Crocus sativus L.,Ziziphora clinopodioides Lam.,Ocimum basilicum L.and Dracocephalum moldavica,etc..The compounded drugs include Aifeitimeng Decoction and Yangxin Dawayimixike Paste,and the Chinese patent medicines include Aiweixin Oral Liquid.Conclusion The Uyghur people have rich experience in drug treatment of glycolipid metabolic diseases,which can provide inspiration and reference for modern medical research and new drug development to prevent and treat glycolipid metabolic diseases,and is worthy of further exploration.
