Effect of morphine combined with ticagrelor on platelet inhibition in patients with acute myocardial infarction
Objective To investigate the effect of morphine combined with ticagrelor on platelet inhibition in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods 156 patients with AMI were selected as the research object, and randomly divided into research group and control group, with 78 cases in each group. The control group was treated with basic therapy combined with morphine and clopidogrel, while the research group was given basic therapy combined with morphine and ticagrelor. The both groups were treated for 1 month.Thromboelastography was used to measure the platelet inhibition rate induced by arachidonic acid(AA)pathway and adenosine diphosphate(ADP)pathway before and after treatment in the 2 groups. The platelet activation function[alpha-granular membrane protein(CD62p)and lysosome intact membrane protein(CD63)]of the 2 groups were compared before and after treatment. The effective rate of platelet inhibition and the incidence of adverse reactions were also compared between the 2 groups. Results After treatment, the AA and ADP increased in both groups(P<0.05),and the research group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the CD62p and CD63 decreased in both groups(P<0.05),and the research group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of platelet inhibition in the research group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Morphine combined with ticagrelor can effectively improve the platelet inhibition rate, enhance the antiplatelet ability and improve the platelet activation function in patients with AMI,and the combination is safe.
