摘要

目的 探讨口服雷公藤片联合中药熏蒸对类风湿关节炎患者免疫功能及外周血象的影响.方法 选取300例类风湿关节炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组150例.对照组予以中药熏蒸治疗机治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上口服雷公藤片.比较2组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后的免疫功能、外周血象和不良反应的发生情况.结果 治疗后,观察组的总有效率为 93.33%,明显高于对照组的 86.00%(P<0.05);观察组免疫球蛋白G(immunoglobulin G,IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(immunoglobulin A,IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(immunoglobulin M,IgM)、类风湿因子(rheumatoid factor,RF)水平较对照组降低(P<0.05);观察组的白细胞介素-17(interleukin-17,IL-17)、白细胞介素-22(interleukin-22,IL-22)与肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平较对照组降低(P<0.05);观察组的不良反应的总发生率为5.33%,低于对照组的12.00%(P<0.05).结论 口服雷公藤片联合中药熏蒸有利于提高类风湿关节炎患者的临床疗效,增强免疫功能,改善外周血象,降低不良反应的发生率.

Abstract

Objective To investigate the influence of oral administration of Tripterygium wilfordii Tablets combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on immune function and peripheral hemogram in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 300 patients with rheumatoid arthritis in the hospital were enrolled and divided into observation group and control group by adopting the random number table method,150 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation,while the observation group was treated with Tripterygium wilfordii Tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,immune function and peripheral hemogram before and after treatment and adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups.Results After treatment,the observation group(93.33%)had significantly higher total effective rate than the control group(86.00%),P<0.05.After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin G(IgG),immunoglobulin A(IgA),immunoglobulin M(IgM)and rheumatoid factor(RF)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-17(IL-17),interleukin-22(IL-22),and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of adverse events in the observation group(5.33%)was lower than in the control group(12.00%),P<0.05.Conclusion Oral administration of Tripterygium wilfordii Tablets combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation is beneficial to enhancing the clinical efficacy,strengthening immune function,improving peripheral hemogram and reducing the incidence rates of adverse reactions in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.
