摘要

目的 总结鞘山芎化学成分和药理作用的研究进展,预测鞘山芎可能的质量标志物,为鞘山芎的深入研发及质量评价体系的建立提供依据.方法 查阅鞘山芎化学成分和药理研究相关的文献并进行归纳总结,结合植物亲缘学、传统功效、临床应用以及化学成分预测分析鞘山芎的质量标志物.结果 鞘山芎中含有挥发油、苯丙素、芳香族等化学成分,在降低转氨酶、免疫抑制、抗菌、抗氧化等方面具有显著的作用.此外,藁本内酯、肉豆蔻醚等成分可作为鞘山芎的质量标志物.结论 该文为鞘山芎质量评价的系统研究,以及建立更科学、完善的质量控制体系提供了思路和参考.

Abstract

Objective To study the chemical components and pharmacological effects of Conioselinum vaginatum,and predict the quality markers.Methods The literature related to the chemical composition and pharmacological research of C.vaginatum were consulted and summarized.Moreover,its quality markers were predicted from 4 aspects:plant phylogeny and chemical component specificity,traditional efficacy and clinical application,chemical component effectiveness,and chemical component testability.Results C.vaginatum mainly contains volatile oils,phenylpropanoids,aromatic compounds,and has been found to possess the pharmacological effects,such as reducing transaminase,immunosuppression,anti-bacterial and anti-oxidant activities.In addition,ligustilide and myristicin could be used as quality indicators.Conclusion This paper provides ideas and references for the systematic research on the quality evaluation of C.vaginatum,and the establishment of a more scientific and comprehensive quality control system.
