Enhanced Thermochromic Properties of Vanadium Dioxide(VO2)/Glass Heterostructure by Depositing a Mg85Ni15 Thin Film Metallic Glasses Buffer Layer
VO2/Mg85Ni15 composite films with good crystallism were prepared on amorphous glass substrate by pulsed laser deposition. The effect of VO2/Mg85Ni15 anti-reflection layer on the structure and optical properties of deposited VO2 films was studied. The results show that the M-VO2 films prepared on amorphous glass substrate have single orientation and high purity.VO2/Mg85Ni15 as an anti-reflective layer can improve the visible light transmittance and solar energy regulation of the film. When the layer thickness is 60nm,the crystal quality of M-VO2 films is not affected, the phase transition temperature is the lowest, and the thermal hysteresis width is the narrowest 6℃,which significantly improves the optical properties of M-VO2 films.
