Study on Removal of CODCr from Papermaking Wastewater by Electro-fenton Technology
To enhance the removal rate of CODCr in papermaking wastewater, the electro-fenton collaborative technology is employed for the treatment of paper pulping wastewater. The influences of reaction time,pH value,FeSO4·7H2O concentration,H2O2 concentration, electrolytic voltage, plate distance, aeration and other factors on the removal efficiency of CODCr are systematically studied, and the reaction conditions are optimized. The ex-perimental results show that when the reaction time is 80 min,pH=4,Fe2+concentration is 1.0 mol/L,H2O2 concentration is 0.8 mol/L,plate distance is 10 cm,electrolytic voltage is 10 V,aeration rate is 1.0 L/min,and the maximum CODCr removal rate is 78%.This study provides a theoretical foundation for the treatment of papermaking wastewater.
