MOFs衍生Co/C纳米复合材料的吸波性能研究

采用原位热解法在特定温度下制得金属有机骨架衍生Co/C纳米复合材料,并探究了热解温度对Co/C纳米复合材料电磁波吸收性能的影响.利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和矢量网格分析仪(VNA)等对其微观形貌、晶体结构和吸波性能进行表征.研究表明,热解温度对样品的吸波性能有着明显的影响,Co/C-800 表现出最佳的吸波性能,其最大反射损耗可达-20.88 dB,有效吸收带宽可达4.24 GHz.这一成果对探索新型高效的Co/C复合吸波材料具有一定的借鉴意义.
Study on the Absorbing Properties of Co/C Nanocomposites Derived from MOFs
Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)derived Co/C nanocomposites were prepared by in-situ pyroly-sis of MOFs at specific temperatures to investigate the effect of pyrolysis temperature on the electromagnetic wave absorbing properties of Co/C nanocomposites.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffractometer(XRD)and vector network analyzer(VNA)were used to investigate the micromorphology,crystal structure and wave absorption properties.The results showed that the pyrolysis temperature had a significant effect on the ab-sorption properties of the samples.Co/C-800 had the best absorbing performance,the maximum reflection loss could reach-20.88 dB and the effective absorption bandwidth could reach 4.24 GHz.This result had a certain significance for exploring new and efficient Co/C composite absorbing materials.
